The fabrication of cable supports should meet the following requirements:
Steel should be straight and free from obvious twisting. Cutting error should be within 5mm, and cut edges should be free of burrs and rolled edges.
Supports should be firmly welded without significant deformation. The vertical clearance between each support arm should not deviate from the design deviation by more than 5mm.
Metal cable supports must undergo anti-corrosion treatment. In areas with humid heat, salt spray, or chemical corrosion, special anti-corrosion treatment should be applied according to the design.
Cable supports can be manufactured by the factory or fabricated on-site. Considering the number of on-site processing equipment, manufacturing precision, and production efficiency, it is advisable to use the factory-made method for mass-produced cable supports.
