We possess a professional technical R&D and design team, including steel structure engineers, 3D modeling engineers, mechanical design engineers, etc. We are responsible for product design, structural optimization, technical drawing conversion, and customized solution development. A: Our factory produces products that comply with local environmental regulations. Located in an industrial park built by the local government, our company strictly adheres to national environmental regulations. A: Yes. We provide OEM and customized manufacturing services. Customers can provide their own drawings, specifications, or branding requirements, and we can manufacture products according to their standards.

A: Customized samples of large steel towers or steel structures are classified as large-scale components; therefore, free samples cannot be provided. Costs must be negotiated based on actual expenses, though these may be offset against subsequent bulk orders depending on the specific circumstances.

We employ professional packaging to ensure safe transportation, ensure timely logistics dispatch, and provide real-time updates on arrival information.
After-sales service: Upon arrival, we will assist in acceptance inspection, and keep records of each batch of products for traceability. During the installation process, we will provide remote technical guidance. We will conduct regular after-sales visits, set up a 24-hour emergency hotline, and respond promptly to customer inquiries.
