CNC Processing With Tight Tolerances
Our CNC angle steel automatic production lines handle blanking, punching, cutting, and marking in one continuous computer-controlled process. Hole spacing accuracy is strictly controlled within 0.5mm. This is tighter than national standards. Our large, temperature-controlled automatic hot-dip galvanizing line follows the complete process: acid pickling for rust removal, slag cleaning, fluxing, and dipping in a 440-460°C zinc bath. Before shipment, we use a digital coating thickness gauge to test every component at multiple points. The zinc coating is dense, uniform, and free from missing spots or zinc lumps. Hammer tests confirm coating adhesion. The galvanized layer will not peel off during transport or erection.




05 ON-SITE CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS
1:1 Trial Assembly For Quality Verification
