The main function of anchor bolts

Fixed anchor bolts, also known as short anchor bolts, are cast into the foundation and used to secure equipment that does not experience strong vibration or impact.

Removable anchor bolts, also known as long anchor bolts, are detachable anchor bolts used to secure heavy machinery that experiences strong vibration and impact.

Expansion anchor bolts are often used to secure stationary, simple equipment or auxiliary equipment. The installation of expansion anchor bolts should meet the following requirements: the distance from the bolt center to the edge of the foundation should not be less than 7 times the diameter of the expansion anchor bolt; the foundation strength for installing the expansion anchor bolt should not be less than 10 MPa; there should be no cracks at the drilled hole, and care should be taken to prevent the drill bit from colliding with reinforcing steel or embedded pipes in the foundation; the drill hole diameter and depth should be matched to the expansion anchor bolt.

Adhesive anchor bolts are a commonly used type of anchor bolt, and their methods and requirements are the same as for expansion anchor bolts. However, when adhesive bonding, care should be taken to blow out any debris from the hole and to prevent moisture absorption.
