Select the appropriate bracket specifications based on the net width of the cable trench/channel and the cable type and size. SFZ-3/540 brackets are suitable for three cables, while SFZ-2/430 brackets are suitable for two cables. Customization is available upon request for special requirements.
Suitable ambient temperature range: -20°C to +70°C.
Installation should ideally be horizontal. If inclined, additional measures must be taken to secure the cables.
Balance and verticality are required. Horizontal spacing between brackets on the same side should be 80 cm. Brackets on both sides should be staggered to ensure balanced load-bearing capacity.
When pre-embedding the brackets, ensure the bracket base fully engages with the concrete wall, maintains a right angle with the wall surface, maximizes the load-bearing area of the base, and prevents twisting. When laying cables, it is advisable to lay them from top to bottom, and drag them horizontally.
