01 A COMPACT ALTERNATIVE FOR URBAN AREAS
The Steel Tubular Power Pole is a single steel column. It replaces traditional lattice towers in tight spaces. This pole is common on city streets and inside substations. It takes up much less ground space than a lattice tower. The design is clean and simple. It looks more modern than a traditional tower. We use steel plates to roll and weld these poles into a conical shape. This shape is strong and attractive. Many cities prefer this design over lattice towers.

03 PRODUCTION EQUIPMENT
High Stiffness to Limit Deflection
The Steel Tubular Power Pole has a circular or polygonal cross-section. This shape provides high stiffness. The pole does not bend or sway much in the wind. This is important for maintaining the proper spacing between power lines. We calculate the stiffness carefully. We choose the right diameter and wall thickness. This prevents the lines from hitting each other on windy days. Your lines stay safe. Your power stays on.

04 OVERALL VIEW
Professional Plate Rolling and Longitudinal Welding
We start by cutting the steel plate to a precise trapezoidal shape. We use a large plate rolling machine to form this shape into a cone. The longitudinal seam is welded using an automatic submerged arc process. This process creates a very smooth and strong weld. We then check the straightness of the pole. We use a hydraulic press to correct any bending. The flange rings at the bottom and top are welded precisely. These flanges connect the pole to the foundation and the top cross-arms.

Two Reliable Protection Options for the Steel Tubular Power Pole
We offer two corrosion protection methods. The first is hot-dip galvanizing. It is durable and requires almost no maintenance. Our galvanizing kettle is large enough for long poles. The second is spray painting with durable outdoor paint. This option is useful for indoor substations or areas with mild weather. We can match your color specifications. Our team will recommend the best option based on your local environment and budget.

06 CERTIFICATIONS

Integrated Accessories for Quick Assembly
We supply more than just the main pole. We provide the climbing steps, cable brackets, and platform brackets. We weld these accessories at the factory. This saves your crew time during installation. We also supply the base anchor bolts and nuts. These parts all fit together. You do not need to source them from different places. One order covers everything for the Steel Tubular Power Pole.
Fast Turnaround and Reliable Delivery
The Steel Tubular Power Pole has a shorter manufacturing cycle than lattice towers. This is because the design is simpler and we can roll the sections quickly. We handle urgent orders with priority scheduling. Our logistics team plans the transport carefully. Long poles need specialized trucks. We coordinate this for you. We deliver on time so your substation or line project stays on schedule.
