The Three Legged Communication Tower uses three steel legs. These legs are arranged in a triangle. Cross members and diagonals connect the legs. The triangular shape is very strong in torsion. 03 PRODUCTION EQUIPMENT
Three Pillars of Support
The Three Legged Communication Tower uses three main legs as its primary supports. These legs are connected with horizontal beams and diagonal braces. This arrangement creates a stable space frame. We use both steel tubes and angle steel for the legs. The triangular cross-section is consistent all the way up. The load is distributed evenly across all three legs. This makes the design both strong and efficient.






04 OVERALL VIEW
Fabrication and Fit
We fabricate the Three Legged Communication Tower on our CNC lines. The legs are cut to exact lengths. The connection plates are laser cut. The bolt holes are drilled accurately. We then assemble one face of the tower in our yard. This checks the fit of all members. We also check the bolt alignment. If any hole is off, we correct it. We then repeat the trial for the other two faces. The final assembly is smooth.

Galvanizing the Full Structure
All members of the Three Legged Communication Tower are hot-dip galvanized. This includes the legs, cross members, and connection plates. The coating is uniform. It provides long-term protection against rust. The galvanized finish is smooth and clean. This makes handling during installation easier. Your crew can work without worrying about sharp edges or contamination.
