Equal Load Sharing on Three Legs
The Three Column Lightning Tower distributes its weight and wind loads evenly across three legs. Each leg carries about one-third of the total load. This balanced design prevents any single column from being overloaded. The open truss structure allows wind to flow through. This reduces the force that the wind applies to the tower. The tower stays upright even during strong storms.

Fabrication with Round Steel
We fabricate the Three Column Lightning Tower from round steel bars. The main columns are solid or hollow round steel. The cross members are also round steel. We cut the steel to precise lengths. We shape the ends for proper connections. The connections are welded or bolted based on the design. Welding is done by certified welders. We use gas-shielded welding for clean, strong joints.
05 ON-SITE CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS
Trial Assembly Before Shipment
We assemble the Three Column Lightning Tower in our yard before delivery. This trial run checks the fit of all members. We verify the bolt hole alignment. We measure the overall height. We check the position of the lightning rod mount. If any member does not fit, we correct it. This trial assembly ensures your crew will not face problems during installation.
06 CERTIFICATIONS
Complete Protection System
We supply the lightning rod, down conductor, and grounding connections with the Three Column Lightning Tower. The down conductor runs inside or along the tower. It connects to a ground electrode. This provides a direct path for lightning current to enter the earth. Your equipment and personnel stay safe.
