03 PRODUCTION EQUIPMENT

04 OVERALL VIEW
Rolled and Welded for Strength
We manufacture the Monopole Lightning Tower by rolling steel plate into a cone shape. The longitudinal seam is welded with automatic submerged arc welding. This weld is strong and smooth. After welding, we check the straightness of the pole. We straighten it if needed. The final pole is true and straight. The top flange is welded precisely to hold the lightning rod.
05 ON-SITE CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS
Galvanizing the Full Length
The Monopole Lightning Tower is hot-dip galvanized. Our galvanizing kettle is large enough for the full tower length. The coating is continuous from top to bottom. There are no uncoated sections. This protects the entire tower from rust. The galvanized surface is durable and requires little maintenance. It will last for many years.
