Precision Manufacturing Process
We start the manufacturing process with 3D computer modeling. Our engineers use professional software to create solid models of the tower. This step helps us detect any spatial conflicts between components before production begins. The modeling data goes directly to our fully automatic CNC production lines. These lines handle blanking, punching, corner cutting, and component numbering in one continuous process. The hole spacing accuracy is tighter than national standards. Our welders hold professional certifications. They follow strict welding procedures and use gas-shielded welding techniques. We control welding deformation effectively. All major welds undergo non-destructive testing to eliminate internal defects.

Hot-Dip Galvanizing For Long-Term Protection
Corrosion protection is a critical step for the 35kV Transmission Tower. We use hot-dip galvanizing for all steel components. Our galvanizing line follows a complete process that includes acid pickling, fluxing, dipping in a 440-460°C zinc bath, and cooling. We use a digital coating thickness gauge to check every component at multiple points before shipment. The zinc coating is dense, uniform, and free from missing spots or zinc lumps. We also conduct hammer tests to verify coating adhesion. The galvanized layer will not peel off during transportation or installation. Our environmental protection facilities ensure the entire process meets national environmental standards.
